We have a fixed shipping fee of:
5€ for BELGIUM
10€ for EUROPE
20€ for the rest of the world
We offer free shipping for all orders above 100€.
You can find a preview of the shipping cost at your checkout. The delay and shipping cost will be notified there.
All orders accepted before 2pm GMT will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Please note this can take longer during special periods as sales or Christmas for shipments to be dispatched.
We don’t process or deliver orders during weekends or a national holiday.
Every order placed on Friday after 2pm GMT, Saturday, Sunday and national holidays will be processed on the following working day.
We can’t be held responsible for delay due to the weather, mistakes from the delivery service or due to a control of the customs.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use this link to follow your order.
All our orders are shipped with REPACK, reusable packaging.
All our orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Brussels, Belgium.
Thank you for ordering at our online shop! If the item doesn't fit or doesn't work for you, there is possibility to return or exchange your order within 14 days after the delivery date.

Please allow 10 days to process your return. The refund will be made to the account of the original payment method and you will be notified.
Make sure that the returned item(s) is/are still in perfect condition: no defects, no stains, unwashed and unworn as well as all attached UNRUN tags. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Returns are at the cost of the customer. You can use any carrier you like.
Please keep a proof of the dispatch (tracking number). In case the shipment is lost, there is still proof that the return has been shipped.

If you would like to exchange one item for another, you must first return the original item and then place a new order. You will be refunded for the original item in accordance with our usual returns policy.
Please note that we cannot accept a return before delivery has taken place.
All sales are final. Refund is possible only as a voucher.
