1. What payment methods does UNRUN accept and is it safe to use my credit card online ?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and Maestro. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Stripe.
2. Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, we deliver everywhere in the world and trust Bpost with all our national deliveries and DHL for our international deliveries. The international shipping cost vary according to the country it is being delivered to. The duty costs are included in the shipping costs applied on our website.
3. How will I know you received my order?
You will receive a confirmation from us once your order is placed. Please note that this is not confirmation that the order has successfully been processed. If your payment has been approved we will send you a shipment confirmation. If there are any issues with your order, we will contact you shortly after by email.
4. How will I know the status of my order?
Your order will be processed within 48h, while stock lasts and subjected to external factors. You can see the status of your order on the Bpost or DHL website with your tracking number. You will find this number in your confirmation email.
5. Out of stock items
All items are subject to stock availability. If items that you have ordered are out of stock, we will try to contact you at the email address provided. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we may try to contact you by phone. Without any answer, we will continue to process the remaining items of your order. We will not supply a substitute product without your express authorisation. Once an item is sold out it will be taken off the website at the earliest opportunity.
6. Do I need an account to place an order?
You don't need to set up an account on our website to place an order.
Having an account will enable you to store billing and shipping information and track past orders.
7. Order by phone/email
You cannot directly order by phone or email but our customer service is available to advice you how to place an order from Monday to Friday from 10am to 6 pm GMT by email email@example.com
8. Can I change personal details after the order has been made ?
If you notice a mistake in your shipment information, you can contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to correct your information. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to rectify the issue, however, we can assure you that we will do all we can to amend your order.
